Very good quality item. Nice and secure once mounted onto my seat. The plastic cup holders are not as deep as I would like, as most cans and taller drink holders (Yeti type) will be able to tip a bit. I have found no better options however and I can't imagine needing to ever replace it as it should outlast the truck!
