SHIPPING POLICY

International Shipping

As of right now we only offer shipping to Canada. However, you are more than welcome to reach out via email to get a quote if you are interested in shipping one of our products outside of the U.S. and Canada.

All international orders are subject to duties and fees once at the border. This is the responsibility of the buyer to cover these fees. If you refuse to pay, and want to ship back, standard return policy will be in effect, which means 20% restocking fee, and the cost of shipping deducted from the refund.

Shipping Time

While all of our products have different lead times (You will find that info in the listing description of the items) our average lead times are 5-7 business days for processing time.

Once shipped, average U.S. domestic shipping time door to door: about 3-5 business days.

International shipping: about 8-15 business days.

Shipping cost

We offer free shipping on all of our products to customers in the Continental U.S. when orders are over $50. Customers in other regions need to pay additional shipping costs(Specific amount please kindly refer to your checkout page).

Tracking

Your tracking number will be sent in email immediately after we ship the order out. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival time of your order. (Please note that tracking information will only be updated online in 1 business day after your order has been shipped.) If you get your tracking number and it is not updating, please allow up to 4 business days before reaching out in regards to the order status. We are a small business. More than likely the cause of this is that your package has just not been dropped off with the carrier yet. Emails about order status that are still within our listed lead times will be ignored.

Additional Notes

If the wrong information is provided (address, phone, email) and results in your shipment being undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the 2nd shipment.

If the package was delivered to the wrong house, but in your area, this is the customer responsibility to check with local post office to get this sorted. They can tell who ran the ran, and what house that package was scanned at.

If your package shows delivered, but you cannot find it, this is again customer responsibility to check with the local post office. As they likely put it somewhere you are not looking, or the wrong address.

We do not offer overnight shipping.
