This board is just a simple pallet board routed on the edges. It has no functional purpose other than aesthetics. Optional steel frame for looks as well!
We include 1.5" dry wall screws. If you choose the optional board, you will mount it the same way, it will just travel through the board as well.
When mounting, ideally you want to mount on a stud, you can use one side of the mounts to catch a stud. This will hold it just fine without the other side in use. If you mount directly to drywall, you will want to use drywall anchors rather than supplied hardware.
