The fit and finish on the mini tiedowns is great only thing is they are still sitting in the box as I was sent hardware with them that doesn't work together. Kind of disappointed, Ill have to go and get my own, which is not a big deal. But I was hoping it would be good to go out of the box.
We are really sorry to hear that! I think its pretty safe to say we did not mean to put the wrong hardware in your package. For whatever reason our help that boxes orders just decided to stop putting the correct hardware in these. So we had a dozen or so orders come back with issues. Next time maybe try emailing us though? Or, my personal phone number goes inside every package. Not sure why you avoided that, but we would have been happy to get this resolved for you!

Very well made product, includes all the hardware you need and overall very happy with them
These little stiffeners are sweet. Added some much needed utility to my bed. My bed wasn't too out of shape but now with these I don't have to worry about it and my bed shuts even easier than before! Well built and worth every dime.
