Car Hauler Trailer Winch Mount

Our Universal Trailer Winch Tray is the perfect solution for anyone looking to add a winch to the front of their car hauler trailer. Designed with simplicity and strength in mind, this mount is ideal for DIY installs and custom trailer setups.

Built from heavy-duty 3/16” HRPO American-made steel, this tray is designed to fit virtually any size winch. The mount is intended to be stitch welded to the front of the trailer, with the rear section welded to a crossmember supplied by the installer.

This design was originally built around a trailer using 4” channel with a 2” square tube crossmember, but custom lengths can be offered if needed for your specific setup.

The fairlead mount is a separate weld-on piece. It is only welded from the bottom side, unlike the one shown in the picture. If you have an angle iron top rail, and wish to have a fairlead that mounts top and bottom, send us an email prior to purchasing. 

Please send us an email with your desired measurements after your order is placed. We need to know: trailer main frame channel height. And intended crossmember tube height. This is so we know how long to make the flange. If we do not hear from you, you will receive the standard which is a 2” flange ( to be used on a 4” channel trailer with a 2” tall crossmember )
